Hiawatha Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-73 municipal course in Minneapolis, operated by the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board. It opened in 1934 after dredging created Lake Hiawatha; the flat, tree-lined layout includes 12 ponds and 30 sand traps, and the front and back nines were renovated in 1993 and 1999 respectively.
